Solar Power
We offer zero-capex solutions to building owners in the form of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). In summary, these involve making productive use of otherwise idling roof space by producing green solar energy and selling it to building owners at very attractive rates (usually at less than a third of the retail market price). Enva Solutions bears full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the solar system during the duration of the PPA, which typically ranges from 5 to 20 years.

Short PPA durations, starting from as little as five years.
Flexible structuring, in that we are able to offer building owners the lion’s share of any gains in market electricity prices or renewable energy certificate (REC) pricing.
Our ability to take on some ancillary building or roof improvement works.
We also provide advisory services in relation to sustainability or property asset enhancement, leveraging the extensive experience of Enva Solutions’ principal in institutional real estate investment management.
Solar Farms
Enva Solutions is currently exploring opportunities in utility-scale solar farms, particularly in ASEAN countries. One of our particular advantages lies in extensive access to large corporate off-takers (e.g. hyper-scale data centre operators, multi-nationals and deep capital investors).
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Enva Solutions is actively exploring opportunities to deploy BESS technology to enhance green energy applications. We are in the process of expanding from smaller-scale deployments in Singapore to larger opportunities across Southeast Asia, partly in conjunction with utility-scale solar farms. We have access to both battery OEM suppliers and leading system integrators. We are also enhancing our technical capabilities through collaborations with institutes of higher learning. We are able to provide a strong value add to customers and business partners, given our network of experts and collaborators, amid the complex and fast-evolving BESS landscape.
