We provide zero capex solutions to building owners, through a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”).

Essentially, we make productive use of an idling roof to produce green solar energy and sell it to building owners at very attractive rates, often times at less than 1/3 of the retail market price.  The PPA duration can range from 5 years to 20 years typically.  We take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the solar system during the PPA duration.
