Over 23 years’ experience in Private Market Finance, assuming numerous roles (accounting, valuation, financing, tax structuring etc) since joined GIC in 1999. Last position was SVP at Director’s Office managing strategic projects and initiatives across deportment, and as Head of Investment Services (Europe).
Before GIC, was with E&Y for 5 years, leading statutory audits of listed companies and conducting financial due diligence in cross border acquisitions.

We provide zero capex solutions to building owners, through a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”).
Essentially, we make productive use of an idling roof to produce green solar energy and sell it to building owners at very attractive rates, often times at less than 1/3 of the retail market price. The PPA duration can range from 5 years to 20 years typically. We take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the solar system during the PPA duration.

Outside of Singapore, Enva Solutions is also exploring utility scale solar farm opportunities, especially in ASEAN countries. Our edge in utility solar farm is we have good access to big corporate off-takers, including hyper-scale data center operators and MNCs and deep capital providers.
Enva Solutions is also actively exploring opportunities to deploy Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to enhance the green energy application. We have small scale deployment in Singapore and are seeking larger scale opportunities in the ASEAN countries, partly in conjunction with the utility scale solar farms. We have access to both battery OEM suppliers as well as strong system integrators, and are building up our inhouse technical capabilities.
Today most buildings use chemical to treat the cooling towers, to kill bacteria and reduce water blow-down. However, the use of chemicals increase concentration levels of dissolved minerals (especially calcium ion and magnesium ion) which lead to scale build-up in the piping system. The scaling will lead to decreasing heat exchange efficiency.
One of the most effective solutions today is to use DeCaIon electrolytic water treatment system, which improves energy efficiency (can be from 2% to 15%, depending on the state of maintenance of the entire chiller system), reduce water blowdown (typically around 60 to 80%) and remove chemical footprint.
